Help Liz raise money

I love running, despite it never being easy for me. I use it as therapy, meditation, motivation, and exercise too.  I like that it's all me. It's my decision, I need nothing but my own two feet (and a pair of well cushioned shoes) and I can do it any time of day, in whatever whether I choose (light rain is my favourite).

Running in the BlueNose as part of the Green Avengers team brings me such a sense of pride and accomplishment.  I do a hard thing, and I do it with thousands of strangers, and with the support of people who care about me and the things that I care about. And I know that because I did it, I have made a difference for the important work being done at the Ecology Action Centre.
