My Story…
On Sunday, May 21st, my colleagues at KBRS and I will be participating in the Blue Nose Marathon Relay to support the remarkable work of Prescott Group. Based in Halifax, Prescott Group is an exceptional non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to discover friendship, success, and community through innovative ventures such as Pinkies Thrift and North End Baking Co.
If you are able, we would love your support on our Blue Nose journey! Any donations will be channeled directly to Prescott Group, where they will be utilized to further their mission and improve the lives of those within our community.

WHAT IS PRESCOTT GROUP?
Prescott Group is… COMMUNITY • FRIENDSHIP • LIFE SKILLS • SUPPORT • CHOICE
Since 1962, Prescott Group has been helping individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDDs) build friendship, community and success in Halifax. We provide a safe space where individuals with IDDs can feel appreciated and motivated to succeed.
Our programs, services and businesses support choices, create social and economic opportunities, and enhance life skills.
We connect and support individuals with IDDs with fair-wage jobs in the community.
