The more we connect to our bodies, and to the earth, the more we will be connected to each other.

 This year I'm challenging myself to do the 10km Bluenose Race, and raising money for the Ecology Action Centre while I do so! 

The EAC's vision is "a just and vibrant world of respect, belonging and ecological resilience". They hold the HRM accountable both within council meeting walls and out in the wilderness. They are working hard, engaging communities to promote change and to ensure that our beautiful greenbelt is protected, not sacrificed in the name of """progress""". 

Every little bit helps - it will take all of us to ensure that we can walk and play among the trees for generations to come. 💚🌻🌳🌷🌲💚
