Welcome to the Rio Del Lago Endurance Runs!
The Rio Lago 100 Mile Endurance Run Presented by Altra returns to celebrate our 22nd year! This race brings together veterans and novices alike. Whether this is your 1st or 21st Rio 100, we are doing cartwheels to greet you in person on November 4th!
New this year, is our Rio 50K Endurance Run! The 50K begins at Beal's Point with the 100 milers and traverses the first part of the Rio course. This course and distance are perfect for your first or fastest 50K! You'll be surrounded by the majestic views of Folsom along Lake Natoma and the infamous Johnny Cash Trail!
You can expect first class race management from start to finish. Well stocked aid stations, along with drop bag locations are on course. Our enthusiastic volunteers will provide inspiration and motivation on your journey from Folsom to Auburn and back.

Cancellation Policy
Per the running industry policy, all entry fees are non-refundable & entries are non-transferable. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate, you may not give or sell your number to anyone else, and you may not transfer your 2023 entry fee to a future race. This policy applies to all entrants and is in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected family/business emergency, have a medical emergency, etc. If the course has to be changed or the race is cancelled due to an act of nature there are no refunds or rollovers. There are NO exceptions.
