My Story…
I genuinely thought that living life with fibromyalgia (constant chronic pain) was going to be the biggest battle of my life. But it's not. I can do chronic pain. It's hard, but I can do it.
Losing my Mom to Alzheimers is the toughest battle I've ever had to face. And while there are beautiful moments, there are extreme moments of sadness. I wouldn't wish this on anyone.
Some of you know my personal journey with fibro - I'm not technically allowed to run. It hurts. A lot. But I can run 42.2km. I can do this - it's going to hurt and it's going to be miserable. But it'll never be as tough as the diagnosis of Alzheimers for the most important person in my life.
