A goal I made for myself was to run a full marathon when I turned 50.
Well that time has arrived! I am not only running for myself, I am running for a very important charity, Myles Ahead, Advancing Child & Youth Mental Health.
The non-profit was formed in loving Memory of Myles Kulperger, who lost his life to suicide in 2018. He was 11 years old.
Myles' mom, Leslie, created the charity to bridge gaps and scale best practices that will ensure children, youth and their families/caregivers have timely access to appropriate mental health services with the ultimate goal of mitigating child & youth suicide.
