Help Jeffrey raise money

I’m participating in the Toronto Waterfront Marathon to raise money for The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation in honour of my friend Austin Sun, who passed away this year after a three year battle with cancer.

In addition to recieving treatment at the The Princess Margaret Hospital, Austin dedicated his 22nd and 23rd birthdays towards raising money for the hospital’s non-profit foundation. The foundation uses donations to fund cancer research, education, and clincal care for cancer patients at the PMCC, in others hospitals across Canada, and abroad. Donations do not go to waste — since 1991, the recorded US cancer death rate has decreased by 33 percent due in large part to advancements in detection and treatment methods. Like Austin, I believe in a future where all types of cancer can be effectively treated and cured.
