ANYWAY! I've been the proud Executive Director of Mosaic for 1.5 years. Every day, I'm inspired by our team, volunteers, program participants and partners in driving forward a safer, more equitable and prosperous country for all through our mission of dismantling prejudice. 

During these times of polarization, disinformation, extremism, rising hate and violence, we must be vigilant about addressing these issues as well as starting at the upstream in preventing them before they happen. Mosaic plays a unique and vital role in both, on individual, community and systemic levels through programs, education and training, dialogue, policy and research. 

We are at an important and exciting time as we consider where we are 16 years into our mission, and implement the roadmap to where we need to be in the next several years to continue to work toward a safer, more inclusive and equitable society for us all.
