My Story…

Here we go again!    This is the 12th year that I’m dedicating my annual run to Gilda’s Toronto.   Please support me as I run for Gilda’s in the Oct. 2023 TCS Toronto Waterfront Half-Marathon. 

My personal journey has brought me to understand first hand the frightening impacts of cancer.  Gilda’s Toronto is such a vital and compassionate organization, providing cancer support programs free of charge, bereavement support and so much more.   

Your donation ensures individuals and families affected by cancer get the support they need.     By supporting me, you help Gilda’s Toronto continue to fulfill their vision: “to help people live while living with cancer”.  Thank you!

Description

Please support me as I run for Gilda’s Toronto in the October 2023 hybrid TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon, ½ Marathon and 5K. Gilda’s Toronto provides cancer support programs free of charge to adults living with cancer and support for their teens and children who are experiencing cancer-related stress as a result of living with someone with cancer. They also provide bereavement support to those who have lost someone to cancer. The need for Gilda’s has never been greater. Since the pandemic, many more people with later-stage cancers have sought support from Gilda's Toronto. Your donation will help make it possible for people impacted by cancer, to access and receive the support they need to reduce isolation and cancer-related anxiety. Your donation helps ensure that individuals and families affected by cancer continue to receive the emotional, educational and health-focused cancer support they require. By supporting me, you help Gilda’s Toronto continue to fulfill their vision: “to help people live while living with cancer”.  Thank you.
