My Story…

This year's TCS Waterfront 5k is a little different in that Neil and I are running together. As I'm still recovering from my craniotomy in May, Neil has joined me on my return to running and our goal when we started in August was this 5km race. I'm thrilled and grateful that I get to show up at the start line on Sunday and while I'm definitely not back to where my fitness was a couple of years ago, I'm going to give it my best shot. And hey - whatever happens I will still get a PBSPB (Post Brain Surgery Personal Best) LOL! And Neil will get a PB whatever!

We;re raising money for a cause close to our hearts, The Toronto Humane Society, and would so appreciate even a small donation. The furry friends at THS and Neil and I thank you in advance!
