My Story…
Hello! After a long hiatus, I have dusted off my running shoes and entered the 5 km race at the Toronto Waterfront Marathon, for October 15, 2023. I am raising money for the Canadian MPS Society - a cause near and dear to our hearts. As many of you know, our daughter was diagnosed with MPS I - or Hurler Syndrome - shortly after birth. She has endured numerous orthopaedic surgeries, hospital attendances and continues to endure mobility, sight and heart issues. Despite all of this, she is living her best life with grace and enthusiasm and is going back to college this fall. There have been many advances in treatment since Sarah was born, but there is much more work to be done and we continue to search for a cure. The Canadian MPS Society offers much needed emotional and financial relief for MPS families and helps fund research. Thank you!!
Donate to help Judy raise money for 2023 TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon’s fundraising campaign.
