We are growing together as a community, joining with those who have seen the need and answered the call heard around the world ... To help those diagnosed with Parkinson's  disease (PD), to "live well with PD."

In more than 23 chapters around the world, the WPP is assisting more than 400 People with Parkinsons live well, providing free Parkinson’s (PD) medication for those unable to afford or access them, as well as assistive devices, exercise classes, and educational brochures available in 15 languages.

Parkinson’s is the fastest growing neurological disease around the world and WPP relies on your generous donations to assist with this increased demand for medication and support for PWP in need.

Good News : Our fundraising campaign starts now !! Donations will allow the WPP to purchase and distribute free PD medication within 2 weeks.

We are proud to have Shane McPhee as our Friends of the WPP Team Leader for 2023! 

Diagnosed with PD in late 2011, and prior to that having multiple knee and hip surgeries, Shane still manages to keep a high-quality physical routine and when he retired in 2014, he adjusted his routine to focus on symptom regulation while integrating agility and cognitive exercises geared to PWP. In 2019, Shane joined the WPP Board of Directors as a volunteer and provides his time and personal experience to ensuring that PWP are living well, no matter where they live.
