My Story…
This September, I will be joining 2 of my closest friends Mallory and Monica to run the Akron Marathon. 26.2 miles. Each. 😳
It is a crazy idea.
We jokingly blame it all on Mallory for talking us into it but, to be truthful, it didn’t take much convincing.
We are running for Melina.
A sweet little girl from our Mahoning Valley, that was diagnosed with a rare brain cancer at 4 years old and passed away a month later. We are running to help raise money to go to research to help find for cure for this devastating disease. Join us in the fight to find a cure for pediatric brain cancer. Join us in Choosing Joy every single day, just as Melina did. Join us in our journey to cross that finish line this Fall and help contribute to this amazing charity, The Melina Michelle Edenfield Foundation.
