Help Mondy raise money

I am lacing up my running shoes for a fun-filled day of running and, more importantly, for a great cause.

The FCR Team and I are supporting Love Puppies and Sea Paws Rescue.

Love Puppies mission is to End Puppy Mills in Canada by raising awareness and education, promoting adoption, and assisting with large-scale rescues.  They have partnered with Sea Paws Rescue, a small passionate team of animal lovers dedicated to giving every animal the medical care, shelter, love and care they need to ensure their successful integration from foster homes into forever homes.

We can't do it all on our own, so every little bit you can contribute will make a significant impact - whether you choose to donate, participate in the run, or spread the word about the cause.
