My Story…
Hi, my name is Izzy. I am seven years old. I had a liver transplant in October 2021. I am running with my Mom and Dad to raise awareness for Team Transplant in support of UHN. My donor, Karen, had her surgery at Toronto General and I know that when I grow up I will move from SickKids to Toronto General for my follow up care.
Description
