Join us for a dynamic session that is designed to help you achieve your best performance yet! The Flow Session is the perfect warm-up for runners of all levels, focusing on flexibility and mobility to get your body primed for the run, physically and mentally.
Our expert trainers will guide you through a series of exercises, mobility drills and bodyweight movement flow, that will help to increase your flexibility and mobility, allowing you to run with more ease and confidence.
Participants are encouraged to bring along their Yoga Mats. Registration will commence at "The Gym Pod" booth 30 minutes before each session begins.
