A compete- within- yourself cycling event

1. Are there any age restrictions onto who can ride? No, anybody of any age can ride.

2. Will there be any water stations along the routes? Yes, there will be water/food/restroom stations along the route.

3. How many route options are there? There are only three route options 20, 45, 75 mile route options

4. Where does the race start? It starts at Oxford Middle School, 222 Bramlett Blvd, Oxford Ms

5. What time does the race start? 7:00 a.m, on May 21st 2022


FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Registration

  • Online Registration is available at https://raceroster.com/events/2022/55036/velvet-ditch-gran-fondo. Online Registration closes May 20 at 5:00 PM Central Time.
  • In-Person Registration will be available Saturday (5/21) morning from 5:30 - 6:30 at the Oxford Skatepark. We will be collecting checks or manually taking your credit/debit card information.

Pre-Ride

  • When: May 20th from 6-8 PM
  • Where: Old Armory Pavilion (1801 University Avenue, Oxford, MS 38655)
  • What: A small little party for riders, sponsors, and volunteers to meet up and take a breather before Saturday's ride.

Packet Pick-up

  • May 20th (5-7 PM) at the Old Armory Pavilion.
  • May 21st (5:30-6:30 AM) at the Oxford Skatepark (502 Bramlett Blvd, Oxford, MS 38655)
