Hoot! Hoot! Calling all night owls, this race is for you. The Night Owl 5KM is a family-friendly running/walking event that occurs… you guessed it… at night.
In its 3rd year, this run will take place on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Point Pleasant Park.
Space is limited, so sign up early. In owl seriousness, you don't want to miss this race. It's going to be a hoot!
The event includes:
- Chip-timed race
- Personalized race bib (if registered by 5:00 PM on Sunday, March 5, 2023)
- Night Owl medal
- Ground coffee from our friends at Just Us!
- Limited-edition print designed by Geordan Moore of The Quarrelsome Yeti
While areas of the course will be lit, HEADLAMPS ARE A REQUIREMENT for the safety of all participants.
Please note, strollers, baby joggers, baby backpacks/carriers, and pets are not permitted on the course.
Fees and Taxes
All prices are subject to 15% HST and an online processing fee.
No Refund Policy
A confirmed and paid registration for the Night Owl 5KM is NON-REFUNDABLE, however, participants may transfer their registration to another individual if they wish to do so.
The transfer deadline is Friday, March 3, 2023, at 5:00 PM ADT. To complete a transfer, please email admin@bluenosemarathon.com or call (902) 496-1889.
All transfers are subject to a $1.95 +HST and processing fee.
Race Kit Pick Up
Race Kit Pick Up will occur on the following dates and times at Aerobics First, 6166 Quinpool Road, Halifax:
- 12:00PM to 6:00PM on Thursday, March 23
- 12:00PM to 6:00PM on Friday, March, 24
Friendly reminder: All race kits are required to be picked up prior to race day. If you can't make one of the scheduled times above, please send a friend or family member.
