2023 Toronto St. Patrick's Day Race
Established in 2000, the Toronto St. Patrick's Day Race is steeped in tradition. As the annual Spring kick-off to the running season, this event celebrates St. Patrick's Day in the heart of downtown Toronto starting and finishing at the famous Roundhouse and our venue sponsor Steam Whistle Brewing. We welcome all abilities, runners and walkers of all ages to participate.
We promise you a fun day of running while celebrating St. Patrick's Day getting your "Green On" while sharing in the festive of great Irish flair music and celebrating a cold one and a hot bowl of chili after your run.
This race is all about fundraising for Achilles Canada and our Charitable Partners supporting community and ALL abilities. Therefore, rally your fellow colleagues, friends and family and together we can celebrate this great day supporting your cause and dusting off the cobwebs on your running shoes and get in the spirit of St. Patrick's Day!
To celebrate your achievement, participants will receive a NEW unique light weight Hoodie, finisher medal, a pint of Steam Whistle Beer and a hot bowl of Chili.

***Special Note: Because of supplies and demands with event suppliers we can only provide Hoodies to the first 1,000 participants who register online. After the race depending on our numbers, we will do our best to place a second order of Hoodies depending on the numbers. Thank you for you understanding.
COVID-19 Policy: Updated November 10, 2022
Everyone registered for an in-person event is required to pick up their race kit, or have a friend or family member do so on their behalf. Note that kits will not be shipped or available for pick-up after the race.
Following the guidelines of Athletics Canada, Athletics Ontario and Toronto Public Health, we have removed the requirement to show proof of vaccination for all eligible participants.

Steam Whistle Brewing is located on the south side of the Rogers Centre and the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. It is accessible by TTC. The best way to get to the race is to take the subway to Union Station and then walk the Skywalk as outlined by the red dotted line on the map.

The Start/Finish Line is on Bremner Boulevard in front of Steam Whistle Brewing. The After Party is inside Steam Whistle Brewing.
Where to park
There is lots of parking in the area, including underground city parking and parking at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

Race Kit Pick-Up Policy
Race Kits Pick-Up Details
ALL Participants must make arrangement to pick-up their own race kit before Race Day of March 12th. You may ask a friend to pick-up on your behalf if your unable to attend race kits pick-up days and hours. If your participating on a team, your team leader will pick-up your race kit on your behalf.
Dates & Location:
BlackToe Running2488 Yonge Street which is at the West South corner of Castlefield and North of Eglinton Avenue.
- Friday, March 10th from 12 noon to 6 pm
- Saturday, March 11th from 11 am to 3 pm
No race day pickup unless you are from outside the GTA!
Participants from out of town only may pick up their Race Kits on Sunday, March 12th at Steam Whistle Brewing inside the Locomotive Hall, starting at 8:30am.
Bag Check:
There will be bag check at Steam Whistle Brewing inside the Locomotive Hall.
This year we asking you to please make a donation of $5 or more for your bag check of which Achilles Canada will then use to support their athletes throughout the year
Please do not bring valuables with you. Achilles Canada and Steam Whistle Brewing are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
