The F2F Trail Run 5 and 10 k Trail Race is the third and final event of the 2023 Fraser Valley Trail Run series. Run either a 5 K route or 8 K route along Fort to Fort Trail and Derby Reach Park near historic Fort Langley BC. Expect a few hills and some great views!

Run a flat 5 K route along F2F trail to Houston Trail and back along twisting Edge Trail. This is the best event for young athletes looking to get ready for track and field events during the 2020 season!
