Our story…
We are a team of UBC Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residents who are keen to compete in this year's Push4Impact raising money for the BC Wheelchair Sports Association (BCWSA). As physiatry trainees we know how important positive sports experiences are for all our patients with disabilities. BCWSA helps facilitate junior programming for kids and teens with disabilities, early sports integration at GF Strong, and provincial team programs.
We had the pleasure of playing Wheelchair Rugby last spring as part of our resident retreat and had SO MUCH FUN. More than that we have honed our skills and are ready to win Push4Impact.
