I’m gearing up to run #RUCK4HIT on #CapeCod at the beginning of May to support Heroes in Transition (HIT.) ***It’s a 200+ mile relay with more than 10 teams, seven runners per team and each runner carrying between 10-20 lbs.*** Your support will continue to help HIT (www.heroesintransition.org) heal and empower veterans, service members and their families, as well as strengthen relationships and build community.
