The 25th Annual Memphis Civitan Frosty 5k Run is both an In-Person and Virtual race dedicated to celebrating and supporting children and adults with special needs.
Memphis Civitan over the past 25 years with the help of its 5K Run participants and sponsors has distributed thousands of dollars to local charities such as:
Special Olympics Greater Memphis,
LivItUp, Madonna Learning Center,
Porter Leath Foster Grandparents,
West Tennessee Family Solutions,
Shelby County Schools Exceptional Kids, and
UAB Civitan International Research Center.
If you are not a runner, please consider making a DONATION (SEE "MAKE AN ADDITONAL DONATION" Link) or registering as a SPIRIT RUNNER (T-shirt Included). These funds will go directly into our community to help these amazing organizations continue to make a difference in these families lives.

The Memphis Civitan, Harwood Center and SRVS have partnered to form the Celebrating Abilities Race Event Series (CARES). Complete all three races (Frosty 5k, Dash for Disabilities and the Bunny Run) and you will have a chance to win Series Prizes and three awesome medals that combined make one amazing medal!
