My Story…
Welcome to my fundraising page! I am taking on my second half marathon of 2023 this fall and would like for it to benefit more than just me. Running had many metaphors that parallel life. One of those being that even though you’re racing as an individual, you’re never doing it alone. Physically, there are hundreds of runners next to you, but there are also people behind the scenes rooting for you and strangers on the street cheering you on. The running community is full of goal seeking, challenge facing, and mentally determined individuals. Let’s flip the script and be the strangers rooting for those affected by cancer and cheer for their goals, challenges and mental determination. Happy training :)
