Join us as we raise money for melanoma research, education and awareness!
This event will once again take place at St. Mary's Cascade Meadows Campus in 2023 and will feature a 5K run or walk with your choice of either a paved course or an unpaved course!
Both courses will be familiar to those who have run this event in the past. The paved course will be an out and back towards Cascade Lake. The unpaved course will take place around the beautiful Cascade Meadows campus. (Please note: we cannot guarantee course conditions! You can opt to change events on race day.)
Included in your registration will be your choice of swag (while supplies last). Options include a trucker hat, crew length socks, and a neck gaiter.

Maps & Course
5K Paved Course is the same course as last year. It is an out and back towards Cascade Lake. There will be a water stop at the turn around.
The 5K Unpaved course will take place on the Cascade Meadows Campus, almost entirely on soft, grassy paths (with the potential to get wet and muddy!). Runners will take this loop twice to complete the 5K distance. Please note there may be some tweaking to the finish before race day.
Packet Pick Up & Same Day Registration
Participants will have three opportunities to pick up their packets.
We strongly encourage you to utilize the packet pick-up at TerraLoco to minimize congestion on race day!

TerraLoco is located at 1190 16th Street SW #150 in Rochester. We're right next to Verizon and in the same shopping center as Trader Joe's! Easy to get to, right off of Hwy 52. Just take the 16th Street SW exit!
