Where can I collect my bib?
You will be able to collect your bib on the Friday or Saturday prior to event day, or on race morning.
We encourage all participants to collect their bib prior to race morning, otherwise they may experience delays which may impact their experience at the race.
Bib Collection is at VIP Room 2, Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre.
Friday 5th May – 3:00pm-7:00pm
Saturday 6th May – 12:00pm-6:00pm
Sunday 7th May – From 5:30am
Can someone else collect my bib?
Yes, they can, they will just need your confirmation receipt.
What happens if I lose my bib?
You will need to report to the bib collection area during the designated opening times and our staff will be able to assist you.
Event Information
Where is the Course? Is it accurate
The course runs through many of the landmarks of Sydney Olympic Park. Around the Olympic Stadium, past the Olympic Cauldron, and finishes on the Athletics Track at Sydney Olympic Park.
It is fast and flat and perfect for participants of all standards to run that elusive PB.
The course is AIMS certified. A fancy way of saying it is 100% accurate.

Is there a drink station?
Yes, there is one drink station on the course. It is approx. 4km into the lap so participants in the 10km will be able to access it twice, and 5km will be able to access it once.
There is no water station for the 2.5km.
Water and fruit will be available at the finish line
Race Morning
What time should I arrive?
In general, if you have already registered and received your race pack (you have your race number and timing chip), you should arrive at the race venue no later than 30 minutes prior to your race start time.
If you still need to collect your race bib or register, you should arrive no later than 1 hour prior to your race start time.
How do I get there Is there a parking area?
You can park in one of the Sydney Olympic Park parking stations. We strongly suggest you park in P2 (aquatic centre) and walk to the start which is at Accor Stadium (corner of Edwin Flack and Dawn Fraser). Parking will be free for 4 hours providing you have your ticket validated at the finish line. For more information on parking, please click here

Is there a bag drop?
There will be NO designated bag drop area available.
Post-Race
Where do I find my results and collect my medal?
Race results will be available here on the day of the event
You can collect your finisher's medal after the event concludes shortly after crossing the finishing line.
Will Parking validation be available?
Yes, you can validate your parking ticket (if you park in P2 parking station) at the finish line
Are there photos?
Yes, we will have numerous photographers on course during all three events. These will be available for purchase approximately 2-3 days after the event concludes.

Can I register on the day?
Yes, you can use the event entry registration available here right up until race start. However, please note, this is a cash free event.
How much does it cost?
Standard Prices (until midnight, Sunday 30th April)
10km - $65.00
5km Fun Run - $42.00
Family 2.5km Fun Run - $26.00
Can I have my race bib posted?
Yes, if you register by midnight, Sunday 16th April you will have the option to have your bib posted with an additional cost of $5.00.
Anyone who registers on or after Monday 17th April will be able to collect their bib at the following locations/times:
VIP Room 2, Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre
Friday 5th May – 3:00pm-7:00pm
Saturday 6th May – 12:00pm-6:00pm
Sunday 7th May – From 5:30am
Can I transfer my entry to another person or obtain a refund?
You can transfer your entry to another person or to another distance. This is done automatically through Race Roster, our registration system. If you have an entry, log in to Race Roster and hit the transfer button and follow the instructions.
Refund requests received prior to event day
Refunds will be processed only in case of injury or illness and must be accompanied by a current medical certificate. Refund requests must be received no later than the day prior to event day.
If the refund is accepted, it will be processed in full less an administration fee of 25% or $5 (whichever is greater). Any service fees charged by the entry system are non-refundable regardless of circumstances.
Refund requests on or after event day
Refund requests received on or after event day will not be permitted regardless of circumstances.
You cannot defer your registration to another event or a subsequent year, under any circumstances.
