Tracking steps for Male and Off Island participants in the Marianas Women's Run
We have partnered with Race Roster and the ASICS RunKeeper™ app to upload your race!
Please note: participants will not be able to submit their result until 20th March 2021
Below you will find detailed instructions and FAQs on how to track your participation, using one of the following two ways:
OPTION 1: TRACK WITH THE RUNKEEPER APP Step 1: Connect your registration. Once entered, you will receive an email with a unique link to connect your registration to your app. We encourage you to download the app (click from mobile device) before your run/walk to test it out! Watch your email for your unique link. If you have any trouble using the unique link in your email, please go to https://raceroster.com/dashboard/participants and log- into Race Roster. On your event dashboard page you will see the button ' Connect to my app'. Follow the prompts and you are ready to participate. Please make sure you open this link from your mobile phone.

OPTION 2: MANUALLY POST RESULTS If you plan to record using other software or tracking devices and need to post manually. Head to the results page and “Submit Virtual Result”. You can log in, submit your final time as recorded on the results page and attach a photo or screenshot of your time. Photo verification is optional and not compulsory. Your confirmation number and last name can be used to confirm your registration before submitting your results. This can be found with your email provided directly to you. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Multiple event distances or participants under one Race Roster account
If you signed up for more than one distance within the same event, or signed up multiple individuals for the same event, please visit your Race Roster dashboard, select this event and then use the “Connect to App” button for each event distance or person. To record your participation with the RunKeeper app, you will need to track your activity using your phone or with a connected wearable. You can track your participation using your Fitbit, Garmin, or Apple Watch. You must download the RunKeeper app and connect your device prior to starting your activity. Please make sure you run the full distance (to the decimal point) to ensure your result is posted.

At this time, the RunKeeper app is unable to link to Suunto, Coros or Polar, but you can use your iPhone or Android.
