You may know I’m a keen cyclist and head out every weekend when possible. To combine this hobby with a great cause I'm riding in the eighth annual Go For Broke charity ride – GFB23.

The 2023 ride is happening on Saturday, September 16, 2023.

The Go For Broke – Ride to Beat Depression is a 180km organized cycling event from our home town of Berowra in northern Sydney to Broke in the NSW Hunter Valley.

All funds raised go to the charity Lifeline – Harbour to the Hawkesbury, a group whose vision is “an Australia free of suicide” and whose purpose is “to support Australians in times of crisis and equip individuals and communities to be resilient and suicide safe.”
