Mildred’s Dream Foundation is dedicated to providing financial resources to nonprofits that provide programming, advocacy and support within the community. Our three focus areas of giving are: mental and physical health, education, and domestic violence and abuse prevention.
We are excited to have our inauguaral team at the 2023 Falmouth Road Race. Our runners will be supporting Mildred's Dream Foundation's commitment to provide financial resources to nonprofit organizations that focus their advocacy and programming work in the community.
MDF's three focus areas are:

Physical and Mental health
Domestic violence
100% of funds raised will go directly to provide financial resources to nonprofit organizations with MDF's Grant Program across the country. In 2022, we granted $465,000 to 31 different nonprofit organizations across the country.
