My Story…
Did you know that suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death for youth ages 10-34? Also, 450 million people worldwide suffer from a mental health condition. We have mental health issues in my family, and you likely have them in yours, because it’s that common and is nothing to be ashamed of. That’s why I’m running the Falmouth road race for my second year with the Mental health collaborative. This wonderful organization based in my town of Hopkinton, MA raises awareness and provides education about mental health. I would SO appreciate any donation you can make to support MHC and my run. We believe that with education and awareness, we can work together to decrease stigma and open the door to conversations about mental illness. Our mission is to build informed, resilient communities through education and awareness. We hope to improve mental health literacy in as many communities as we can.
