My Story…
This summer I have the privilege of running in the 2023 Falmouth Road Race on behalf of the Mental Health Collaborative, an organization I am deeply passionate about.
MHC mission is critical in our world today as it directly helps build resilient communities through Mental Health Education & Awareness. MHC programs help decrease stigma, increase knowledge, and give people the skills they need to flourish. So many people today are suffering in silence or directly impacted by mental illness that impedes living life to the fullest.
Please consider helping me help MHC as I do a very small part in what I hope will help the lives of many.
