Hello Friends and Family,
Another year of FRR, and this year will be the first time I race in memory of our beloved Kev OKeefe, who died of Pancreatic Cancer in 2020. As you are probably familiar with, Kev was a father figure to me, so please support me by making a donation to the Pancreatic Cancer Foundation on my behalf. I promise I'll be speedier this year.
