Herren Wellness saved my life. My sobriety journey started on April 26, 2021. At Herren Wellness I also rediscovered my love for exercise and physical wellness. The Herren Project makes a lot of the work at Herren Wellness possible and supports the development of the Herren Wellness program. I am grateful to run for HP and give back in any way I can.
