Hi everyone! This year I have decided to run the Falmouth Road Race for WellStrong. WellStrong is a community environment that supports anyone with a desire to maintain recovery through fitness, mindfulness and other wellness activities. The support of peers, all aiming to achieve their goals, creates an environment of healing, strength and empowerment. Running for WellStrong means a lot to me as addiction has touched the lives of loved ones, including family and close friends. Thank you in advance for your generosity and support of this important organization.
