My Story…
This year I’m running the 2023 Falmouth Road Race on behalf of the nonprofit organization, WellStrong. WellStrong is a community environment that supports anyone with a desire to maintain recovery through fitness, mindfulness and other wellness activities. Running is my anchor to best manage the stress of my day-to-day and insurance for future longevity. I am running with Wellstrong with the goal to support more people in search of that anchor.
