My Story…
I’m very excited to be running the Falmouth Road Race this August in support of MSPCA-Angell!
Our mission here at MSPCA-Angell is to protect animals, relieve their suffering, advance their health and welfare, prevent cruelty, and work for a just and compassionate society.
On a personal level, my family has benefitted firsthand from the excellent health care and outstanding compassion so important to the organization’s mission. When our Boxer mix, Bear, needed back-to-back leg surgeries, my husband and I were extremely anxious and worried for our good boy. The team at MSCPA-Angell took the time to explain surgical options, provide detailed recovery plans, answer any and all questions, and talk two very nervous dads off the ledge. Most importantly, they relieved Bear’s pain and improved his quality of life. Beardog was back in fighting shape and he has been ever since. For that, we’re forever grateful.
