My Story…
This year I am running the Falmouth Road Race (for the second year in a row!) for WellStrong. WellStrong’s mission is to create a safe space, supportive communities of people in recovery from substance use disorder through fitness, wellness and meditation.
I’ve been sober for over 4 years and WellStrong has played a major part in my recovery journey on the Cape. I’ve been participating in their Run Club for a while now and I couldn’t be more excited to be raising money for them by running this race!
