Hello friends and family!

On August 20 I will be participating in the 2023 ASICS Falmouth Road Race with Team Best Buddies in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Best Buddies is the world's largest organization dedicated to ending the social, physical and economic isolation of the 200 million people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 

I will run the in-person, 7 mile course to raise money for Best Buddies and to promote the empowerment of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to form meaningful friendships with peers, secure successful jobs, live independently, improve public speaking, self-advocacy, and communication skills, and feel valued by society.
