My Story…
Hi there!
My name is Emily and I'm running in the 2023 Falmouth Road Race in support of the Mental Health Collaborative. During the pandemic, I took some time to find new passions and hobbies, and eventually I fell in love with running. I continue to find time to fit running into my busy schedule because it allows me a few minutes to clear my head and take some time to myself. For me, being active and going outside has always been a really important stress reliever. I have decided to run in support of the Mental Health Collaborative because I believe it is important that we continue having difficult conversations regarding mental health. I am excited to help fundraise for such an amazing organization that supports those who have struggled, are struggling, or may begin to struggle with their mental health. Any donations made in support of the Mental Health Collaborative go directly towards improving literacy on mental health in order to reduce the stigma. Thank you for being here, and thank you in advance for your support.
See you on race day!
Emily
