This August I will be running at home as a member of Team Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress (MDSC) for the ASICS Falmouth Road Race in support of individuals like me with Down syndrome.
This is my 4th year running the 7 mile race! I love running and being active! I love to downhill ski, swim, cycle, play baseball and basketball.
