Earlier this year, I made a significant life-change. I transitioned from a 19+ year career where I supported an international animal welfare and landscape conservation organization and joined the amazing team at Cape Abilities, a Cape Cod-based nonprofit dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities. While change can be challenging, this move has been personally and professionally rewarding. In many ways Cape Abilities is a microcosm of people at their best. It's a convergence of dedicated and compassionate individuals that serve and support other dedicated and compassionate individuals. I am proud to be a member of the Cape Abilities Team and I am honored to be asked to represent our organization in this year's Falmouth Road Race.
