Help Monica raise money

On August 20th I will be running my third Falmouth Road Race and am thrilled to be doing it again with the Heart Warrior Foundation. They are a nonprofit that has set out to help children affected by Congenital Heart Defects (CHD) and their families. Your donation will benefit the Heart Center at Boston Children’s Hospital which helps fund advancements in research to improve the health and quality of life outcomes of CHD patients, supports the Heart Warrior families to make inpatient hospital stays less stressful, and helps continuing education for the invaluable nurses at their side. The foundation also has a “Healing with Happiness” program to give families of Heart Warriors a chance to have a joyful outing away from the hospital, whether it’s tickets to Legoland or a Sox game, or even helping add a furry friend to the family. In my role as a Clinical Specialist at Biosense Webster, J&J, I have seen the resilience of CHD patients who deserve this support and more.
