Hello everyone!
I am so grateful to have the opportunity to support such an important cause to help highlight the prevalence of mental health, and end existing stigmas surrounding it.
To whoever visits this page, I sincerely appreciate any and all contributions you are able to share with the Mental Health Collaborative.
I would like to use this page as a prompting to check in with yourself, and then to check in with a friend or family member. Each and every one of our well beings influences those we love, and those who love us in return. Send the text, make the phone call, write the card, take the time. We believe that with education and awareness, we can work together to decrease stigma and open the door to conversations about mental illness. Our mission is to build informed, resilient communities through education and awareness. We hope to improve mental health literacy in as many communities as we can.
