My Story…
I'm running the Falmouth Road Race in support of WellStrong. I'm humbled and proud to be a part of their team and support their mission to help those in recovery from substance abuse get stronger physically and emotionally.
This cause is extremely close to my heart, as my cousin lost his battle with addiction in 2017 at the age of 24. Addiction is a challenging, lifelong road, made easier by organizations like WellStrong that work to create community connection and promote holistic wellness that is so vital to recovery.

WellStrong’s mission is to create safe, supportive communities of people in recovery from substance use disorder through fitness, wellness and meditation.
