My Story…
Hi Family + Friends,
I am beyond grateful to be running my second Falmouth Road Race for Duffy Health Center, alongside my brother, George, & three of my dear cousins: Jackie, Tom, and Amy. This August we are all running in memory of our angel and beloved cousin, Patrick. The Patrick Graham Foundation has developed a strong partnership with Duffy Health Center, specifically raising funds for their Moms Do Care program.
The mission of Duffy Health Center is to "improve the quality of life for persons who are homeless or at risk of homelessness on Cape Cod through community collaborations and the provision of integrated medical, mental health, addiction treatment, case management and housing support services."
