My Story…
Hello! I'll be running in the 51st Falmouth Road Race for the Shawn Thorton Foundation. This cause is near and dear to my heart, as the Foundation helps to improve the lives of those with Parkinson's and Cancer.
My late grandfather was diagnosed with Parkinson's when I was young. He was a strong and proud man with a phenomenal sense of humor. To the day he died, he was always, "strong like bull."
My late grandmother passed away from Cancer before I was born. A strong family woman, the stories I've heard let me know she would have spoiled her grandchildren at every opportunity.
I run for them :)
