My Story…
On August 20th, I will be participating in the 51st running of the Falmouth Road Race to benefit the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund!
The Ouimet Fund’s purpose is to help deserving young men and women, who have worked at golf courses in Massachusetts, obtain a college education. Since 1949, The Fund has awarded nearly $44 million in need-based college scholarships to more than 6,325 deserving men and women.
I grew up working summers as a caddie at Worcester Country Club, and I have many fond memories from the connections I made on the golf course. I could not think of a better way to help give back to this great charity.
