My Story…
I am running the Falmouth Road Race for charity and need your support.
I am running with my aunts Swim Across America (SAA) Nantucket team so I can help cancer patients who live on Nantucket by raising money to support on-island cancer treatment.
My uncle Nicky died from a brain tumor. If he lived on Nantucket he would have had to leave the island each time he needed radiation or chemotherapy. Proceeds support Nantucket Cottage Hospital cancer center.
This year SAA is working with Mass General Cancer Center and Dr. Bryan Choi who specializes in surgery for malignant and benign brain tumors and research in euro-oncology. This research will hopefully help people suffering from brain tumors like Uncle Nicky,

Donations will support cancer treatment and patient care at Nantucket Cottage Hospital and Palliative and Supportive Care of Nantucket. Through the efforts of these organizations and the support of SAA - Nantucket, residents and visitors alike can receive outstanding cancer treatment and support on the island. All proceeds stay on Nantucket and together we can Make Waves to Fight Cancer!
