My Story
I am honored to run my 16th Falmouth Road Race this year to support the Vanessa T Marcotte Foundation. Vanessa was assaulted and murder while out for a run in 2016. The Vanessa T Marcotte Foundation fights for a world where women can be safe through self defense training, mentorship for young woman and supporting domestic violence organizations. I want all women to feel safe to run and be safe from violence. Join me in supporting this important organization!
Description
Please support my charity run for the Vanessa T. Marcotte Foundation. The mission of the Foundation is to empower women to live boldly and fearlessly, and to reduce violence, objectification and harassment. The Foundation furthers its mission by providing self-defense training and educational opportunities, and partnering with like-minded organizations to address the root causes of violence against women.
