My Story…
I will be dusting my running sneakers off tomorrow (6/9) to start training for the Falmouth road race. I will be running in honor of my courageous nephew Tripp Nugent, for the incredible charity, Cops for Kids with Cancer. Trippy is a brave, amazing & always happy 6 year old fighting an inoperable brain tumor. CFKWC is an all volunteer based organization that raises funds for families of the children fighting this monster. 100% of your donations will do directly to the families in need. Once they heard Tripps story, CFKWC helped Trippy and his family. I would love for other families to be on the receiving end of their incredible gift of $5,000. No donation is too small! Description
I am running the Falmouth Road Race to raise money for Cops for Kids with Cancer. Cops for Kids with Cancer is an all-volunteer organization that raises funds for those directly involved in the care of children with cancer, with each family typically receiving $5,000. The goal of the organizations is to help the children and their caregivers through this most difficult crisis. In addition to the crushing emotional toll taken, there is a financial domino effect in having a child diagnosed with cancer.
